He is a white neutered albino Shih Tzu mix with a pink nose and blue eyes. He's 11 years old and has arthritis in his shoulders and often limps, and he's very, very timid. He has a pink heart-shaped rabies tag on his blue collar. If you've seen him or know anything about him, please let me know. Thank you. We are here in Ontario visiting my daughter and her family and are heartbroken. |
