We miss our dog very much!

Please help me find my Dog she ran away when the gardener accidentally left the gate open.
Her name it's Yooko; she was last seen on Sunday November 29th 2020 around 11:30 am. She lives on Oak Glen Ave Montclair CA 91763
Please help her get back home she is currently on heart medications she really needs her treatment plus she has arthritis and limps form her back left leg
We will appreciate any information and whoever help us find her will be generously rewarded
Please please please we need her back her human family miss her so much !! 😞
