Please help me find my service pet.

About a year and a half ago, my female pitbull got spooked by someone shooting off fireworks. We were living in Victorville at the time. I posted flyers everywhere. I got a text with a pic of a deceased pitbull, asking if it was my dog. Long story short, it ended up being a photoshopped pic of my Karma. I thought she was dead until a week ago, they said she got scanned by her chip, and she was at the shelter. The shelter never called, and she wasn't there aore once I found out.
