Update.. dog was caught by another Good Samaritan. NO CHIP. HAS FLEAS.. WE GAVE FLEA MEDS OWNER NEEDS PROOF. LICENCE PROOF OF VET RECORDS SHOWING DESCRIPTION OF DOG WITH OWNER NAME MATCHING DRIVER LICENCE NAME. WITH OUT ID TAGS AND A CHIP WE MUST BE ACCURATE AND 100% PROOF THAT ANY DOG GOES TO THE RIGHT PERSON. DOG iS SAFE AND RESCUE ALREADY LINED UP FOR THIS BABY Sighting only. Could not catch afraid of movements trying to pet. Followed us home on our walk but headed back to California and Durness. Aproximate 8am to 830am. Pray for this dog safety
