URGENT ALERT! Cooper is an elderly blond Cocker Spaniel who is blind and deaf. She is an emotional support companion for her owner Steve, who is also elderly, sight impaired, and hearing impaired.

Urgent Alert
an Elderly emotional support dog with Special Needs Blond-Haired Cocker Spaniel named Cooper is lost. Cooper is blind, deaf, and is the emotional support for a recently widowed Senior Citizen named Steve. The caretaker who takes Steve's' trashcans out weekly did not secure the side gate properly and Cooper has gotten out and lost. She has been gone approximately 2 - 3 hours (it is 2:15pm now).
