Missing tan chihuahua with dementia, small-framed and very anxious. Acts very shy and howls when scared.

Please help us find our chihuahua mix dog. She is 17 and has dementia and escaped from home near crossings of Vernon Ave. and Paramount St. in Azusa. She is an anxious, shy puppy and does not do well on her own. She is a tan, small-framed dog that often hovers and runs from people. If spotted or heard of, be gentle and PLEASE don't hesitate to reach me at (626)736-7543. Anything helps!
