Balou  Balou Balou is a sweet almost all black cat. He has a dot of white on his chest another under his front armpit and a one more small white patch near his lower abdomen. He's 11 yrs old and been an outdoor cat all his life. He isn't neutered. I've been missing him since my father passed away Novermber 30,2018. He left that night and hasn't returned home since. He also had a distinctive walk he shifts to one side in the back as he walks from an old injury. He last had on a light blue collar. Balou also has a short tail. It's about half the length.
