Female senior chihuahua mix found on 12/2/2018 Sunday in Eastvale, near Cedar Creek Park. HELP IF YOU CAN FOSTER OR ADOPT! SWEET DOG!

On 12/2/2018, I noticed a small dog wondering in the middle of the street along Cedar Creek Park in Eastvale.
She did not resist or run away at all when I approached and willingly let me put a collar and leash on her. Very sweet temperament. She appears to be a chihuahua mix, possibly a senior dog as she appears somewhat deaf. Color is a pretty amber brown with white paws.
I am temporarily keeping her in my garage tonight but will have to bring her to the Humane Society in Pomona tomorrow due to having a dog myself that cannot get along with other dogs. Please pass this forward if you might know who her owner is.
