Mellie is missing  Mellie is missing She was last seen near San Francisco Ave and Caswell. She is white and light brown. Most of her face is white but one eye is covered with brown hair. She is about 10 pounds. She was last seen with a blue harness. She is a chihuahua and Jack Terrier mix (at least we think so). When we got her from the humane society, they listed her as chi mix.
