Found Dog 07/18 in Chino Hills

Found dog 7/18 at 8 pm in Chino Hills. Dog was found with collar, and a tag that lists a phone number that has since been disconnected. No chip.

Additional information on dog: Infested with fleas; All nails are overgrown and several have ingrown into paw pads. Rabies tag on dog collar expired in 2013, that mixed with the other signs of neglect, current vaccine status is questionable. For these reasons I will be taking the dog to shelter soon if no owner is found so as to protect my own animals.
