My dog named hopper is very old and I'm so heartbroken that he got out this morning and hasn't returned

On June 25, 2018 my dog got out in the morning when my mom was leaving to work at 5:30am he was last seen on the corner of I st and Lassen Ave in Ontario CA. He has a black collar with dog bones on it and it has his name on the front and our information on the back. Hopper is a Maltese poodle mix and He is very old and fragile. He is also very friendly, his name is Hopper and will answer to his name. He gets heat exhaustion if he walks to much and out in the sun for to long because he's very old.
