Looking for my puppy

Lost him on 1/20 around 3:00 pm on Towne Ave and Foothill Ave. He is a mixed deer head chihuahua last seen with a lime green collar.

My parents let him go outside of our shop to go potty. He usually comes back in 5 minutes of doing his business. However, on 1/20 at 3:00, he never returned from his potty break. It seems like he wondered off somewhere on Towne and Foothill Blvd, where the CVS is. My best guess is he ended up in Claremont. He is a very friendly dog and a bit obese. He has a lime green collar without tags. Any help would be appreciated!
