Lost male border collie. NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION. Reward.

Lost 6 year old male border collie near Valley Center in San Dimas.
He needs medical attention, but PLEASE do NOT treat anything yourself; it will make it worse.
I'm offering a reward if found, but you must be able to tell me what the medication is for. It's very obvious. Please please do not keep him if you find him. He is sweet and friendly, but so attached to me, and he means more to me than most people can understand. Any information is so appreciated.
