Lost our newly adopted dog  Lost our newly adopted dog Our new dog, Got loose from her leash Friday night (5/26) and we haven't been able to locate her. She was last seen at Esteli park in La Habra. Daisy is a beagle (possible beagle/dachshund mix). We adopted her on 5/17. She had a collar and tag on when she was last seen. She is also microchipped. The verification code for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after the account number or last 4-digits of your account number, in the signature panel.
The American Express verification code is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears above and to the right of the embossed account number.
