Found him outside early in the morning on the 21th at Valley Vista and Lugo in Chino Hills

We found this dog outside at 2 in the morning on the 21th at Valley Vista and Lugo. We have been actively searching for the dogs owners but haven't come up with anything. We would like to keep this beautiful boy but unfortunately he does not get along with our other dogs. We attempted to take him to Priceless Pets Rescue but they are unable to take him. He is extremely friendly towards people, loves to get attention, and is good on a leash. If anyone knows this dog or would like this dog please contact us.
