On July 2nd at the Starbucks on 1013 West Foothill Boulevard in Upland California our dog Buster Brown was dumped. He's German Shepherd/ Chow Chow mix, He's a very handsome dog, approximately 10 years old, male, fixed,and chipped. He's brown with some black and a white underbelly. He's approximately 90lbs and stocky. He has black splotches on his tongue. Buster is my mom's companion animal and is missed severely/desperately. We are offering a $200 reward for his return.
