I found this female dog near the corner of Gladstone & Grand in Covina on 7/3/19. She appears to be a salt and pepper/tan Schnauzer or Schnauzer mix. She has a collar, but no tags.

I was able to find out that she has an unregistered microchip and called the the clinic where she received this microchip. This clinic has been helping me get in contact with the person that is tied to the microchip, but we still haven't heard back from this person, despite leaving multiple voice messages. Please if you have any information regarding this sweet lost dog's owner, feel free to contact me via text (626) 590-7793. Owner must know the color of her collar and the location where she received her microchip.
