Help me Find my boys

I have two missing dogs 1is a German Shepherd mix with a slightly purple tongue goes by the name of Ernie 2nd dog is a Pitt Bull black with white on the chest he has a left ear infection that was being treated and a spot on his back!

My two boys went miss on Monday December 19 at approximately 4 pm and have not been seen since I have posted a photo of them the two on the left are the ones missing , if found please call immediately,
